• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Standard Fees for Out-of-Pocket:

My standard fees for Individuals, Couples, Families is as follows:

• $180 for a 50 minute session for individuals, couples or families

Payment Terms

All fees are due at the start of each session.

I reserve the right to charge additional fees for out-of-session consultations, letter writing, phone calls or other services related to your treatment. You will be informed of any additional fees before the services are provided.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee.
